Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How long will does it take to detail a vehicle?

A: This can depend on the size and condition of the vehicle.  For a basic wash, it takes about 30 minutes.  For a maintenance detail, it takes about an hour and a half.  For the first servicing of a vechicle, it normally takes between 2-3 hours.  I have found that having the detail done while the client is at work can be optimal, as the client comes out to a detailed vehicle, and the time needed to perform the work doesn't interfere with daily life.

Q:  Can Paintless Dent Repair be used on all dents?

A:  No, there are limits to what can be done via PDR, but many dents can be repaired to new, or almost new condition.

Q: What experience do you have?

A: I have been detailing professionaly for 16 years, servicing all types of vehicles - from daily drivers to million dollar exotics, from motorcycles to RVs to boats.  I have used many different tools and products, and am constantly demoing new products to produce the best possible results.  I have been trained in PDR by Bob Nowicki of Magiure Auto Restoration, and I use their tools and lighting equipment to perform repairs.  I take great pride in what I do, and I endeavor to create a relationship with my clients to help them keep their vehicle in the condition they desire.

Q: What organizations do you contribute to in order to aid Veterans?

A:  I firmly believe in keeping the men and woman that have served our country in Armed Forces in our hearts and minds, and helping them is very important to me.  I donate a portion of the proceeds from the business to Veterans Comfort House Philadelphia,, The Stephen Siller Foundation, and Veterans Haven North.
